About this Project:

This proposed solution seeks to minimise the pain point of bedside clutter and the scarcity of power outlets in the bedroom. For this project, I am designing and creating an aesthetically pleasing ‘smart’ bedside table of which collates power and charging features such as wireless charging and USB power outlets along with a voice-controlled lamp. This project is inspired by the Bauhaus movement and will be created minimalistic in style, yet completely functional. The essence of this creation echoes the ‘pursuit for less’. Its main objective is to reduce clutter and provide a more convenient and frictionless method of charging devices whilst remaining refined in style.
