About this Project:

Through systems mapping, I capture a current homelessness services model and draw attention to how our system fails Australian homeless people. I also propose a streamlined by name and prevention focused homelessness services model developed from evidence-based research. The goal of this work is to educate the public, and to draw attention to research and practice showing how homelessness can be ended. Ultimately, I aspire that successful evidence-based service models can be incorporated to streamline the current system to end homelessness in Australia.
